About the role

  • Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Zentralen Einkauf für operativen Einkauf und internationale Einkaufsabwicklungen. Unterstützung bei Kommunikationsaufgaben und Pflege von Lieferantenleitfäden.

Responsibilities

  • Administrator role for the operational area of the internal ALS ordering platform ("WPS") as instructed
  • Creation and maintenance of supplier and usage guides
  • Handling general tasks in fleet management
  • Communication with customers and suppliers
  • Support of central, group-wide and decentralized, site-based procurement
  • Support for international procurement transactions
  • Assistance with tenders

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. Industrial Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk (m/f/d)
  • Relevant professional experience or further qualifications
  • Experience in procurement is an advantage
  • High level of self-organization
  • Structured and conscientious way of working
  • Assertiveness to meet the requirements of the work area
  • Service-oriented approach
  • Advanced IT skills (especially Microsoft Excel and industry-specific software)
  • Proficient German language skills (minimum C1 level in spoken and written)
  • Good English skills for international communication
