- Accounting Specialist responsible for financial reporting and management at WESSLING Consulting Engineering. Involves bookkeeping, ERP system handling, and collaboration with external partners.
Responsibilities
- Verantwortung für die Erfassung und Verbuchung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle im Haupt‑ und Nebenbuch sowie Führung von Debitoren‑, Kreditoren‑ und Anlagenbuchhaltung nach den Vorgaben des HGB
- Erstellung von Monats‑, Quartals‑ und Jahresabschlüssen inklusive Gewinn‑und Verlustrechnung sowie Bilanz in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern (z. B. Steuerberater oder Wirtschaftsprüfer)
- Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs, Liquiditäts‑ und Cash‑Managements sowie Analyse von Kosten‑ und Leistungsrechnungen zur Unternehmenssteuerung
- Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Betriebs der ERP‑Systeme (z. B. SAP, DATEV) inklusive Daten‑ und Stammdatenpflege sowie Reporting‑ und Controlling‑Funktion
- Entwicklung und Implementierung effizienter Buchhaltungs‑ und Finanzprozesse einschließlich Digitalisierung, Standardisierung und Automatisierung von Abläufen
- Beratung der Geschäftsführung in finanziellen Fragestellungen, Erstellung von Finanzreports bzw. Kennzahlen zur Steuerung und Entscheidungsunterstützung des Unternehmens
- perspektivisch Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Buchhaltungsabteilung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Finanz- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder Steuern
- Abschluss einer Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung z.B. zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, im Accounting oder Controlling, vorzugsweise im Mittelstand oder in Beratungsunternehmen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im HGB, in der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung sowie in der Unternehmenssteuerung
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, DATEV) sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit analytischem Denkvermögen und hoher Eigenverantwortung
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie im Reporting und Kennzahlenmanagement
- Kenntnisse in Steuer- und Bilanzfragen, Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und souveränes Auftreten auf allen Hierarchieebenen
