About the role
- As a Department Head for Building Contaminants at WESSLING Consulting Engineering, lead projects, supervise teams, and ensure client satisfaction in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung am Standort
- Projekte im Bereich Gebäudeschadstoffe (Schadstofferkundung, Sanierungsplanung, Fachbauleitung)
- Erstellung von Gutachten und Stellungnahmen sowie die Plausibilitätskontrolle von Untersuchungsdaten, Berichten, Gutachten und Planungen (inkl. der Linksunterzeichnung von Gutachten)
- Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden vor Ort
- regelmäßige Überprüfung der Projekt- und Kundenentwicklung sowie Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung für die Abteilung
- Austausch mit dem Fachvertrieb zur Festlegung von Vertriebsaktionen und -zielen
Requirements
- Studienabschluss als Bauingenieur, Chemieingenieur, Geologe, Geowissenschaftler, Umweltingenieur (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Praxiserfahrung in den genannten Aufgaben
- Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen und technischen Vorschriften/Regelwerke (Richtlinienreihen VDI 4300, VDI 6202, DIN ISO 16000, TRGS 519, 521, 524)
