About the role

Responsibilities
- Calculate and determine indirect taxes such as ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS and withholdings such as CSRF, IRRF and INSS, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Prepare and submit statutory tax filings and accessory obligations required by regulatory authorities, including EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD-Contribuições, DCTFWeb, MIT, PER/DCOMP, among others.
- Enter invoices into the ERP according to purchase orders and validate any applicable tax withholdings at source.
- Stay up to date with changes in fiscal and tax legislation, interpret regulations and advise the company on adapting to new rules.
- Collaborate with internal and external audits, providing the documents and information necessary for tax analyses.
- Be responsible for responding to tax-related requests and audits, ensuring all procedures comply with established standards.
- Evaluate and apply available tax incentives, seeking strategic reduction of the tax burden in compliance with the law.
- Prepare management reports and periodic analyses of the company’s tax costs, supporting strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Previous experience as a Tax Analyst.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel is considered a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems; experience with TOTVS Protheus will be considered an advantage.
- Analytical profile, dynamic, team player, sense of urgency, focus on continuous improvement of internal processes and proactivity.
