About the role

- Participate in tenant meetings and monitor social issues
- Contribute to service quality and tenant/customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of higher education (Bac+2) in a relevant field
- Proven experience of 3–5 years, with a strong field-oriented approach
- Knowledge of building pathology (building defects and deterioration)
- Rigour and strong organizational and service orientation
- Proactive with the ability to propose improvements
- Proven interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Understanding of client relationship quality and service delivery issues
- Comfortable with office software and administrative management
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information
- Valid driving license (category B) required
