Responsibilities
Welcome clients across all communication channels: in-branch, by phone or email
Handle clients' needs: identify and understand their expectations, present GAN Assurances, highlight and sell the agency’s insurance products
Manage client files independently: provide tailored quotes, issue insurance contracts, collect, track, verify and follow up on administrative documents and signatures
Develop client portfolios through commercial activities and cross-selling
Actively participate in the life of the agency
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience
Degree (minimum Bac+2), ideally in insurance
Rigorous, demanding and autonomous
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships
Curious and able to take initiative
Enjoys working as part of a team
