About the role

  • NOC Analyst responsible for monitoring network infrastructure and incidents for financial markets management company. Ensuring service availability, performance, and security in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor networks, servers, and systems 24/7 using monitoring tools
  • Detect, analyze, and respond to incidents and alerts in real time
  • Perform initial troubleshooting of network, hardware, and software issues
  • Escalate incidents to Level 2/3 teams according to defined procedures
  • Log, update, and document incidents in ticketing systems
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational KPIs
  • Perform connectivity tests and performance checks
  • Support scheduled maintenance activities and infrastructure changes
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and, when applicable, with customers
  • Maintain updated technical documentation and follow operational procedures

Requirements

  • Degree or training in IT, Networking, Systems, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a NOC or technical support environment
  • Solid knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN)
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of network security
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
  • Ability to work in shifts (including nights/weekends, if applicable)
