About the role

  • Head of Growth architecting go-to-market strategies for Almedia. Leading high-performance team and driving strategic partnerships in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own a repeatable outbound sales motion
  • Personally drive Tier-1 deals from discovery to signed integration
  • Manage, motivate, and develop the CSM team
  • Create a tight feedback loop with Product and Engineering
  • Define qualification standards and pipeline hygiene

Requirements

  • Proven track record of running full-cycle enterprise sales
  • Experience managing a team of 2–5 people
  • Pipeline building from scratch
  • Strategic communication skills
  • High-stakes leadership capabilities
  • Ability to keep remote or multi-geo teams engaged
