About the role

  • FP&A Analyst providing financial insights to support strategic decisions at Allpress. Collaborate with senior management and lead forecasting cycles across the Australian Business Unit.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual, quarterly, and rolling monthly forecast cycles across the Australian Business Unit.
  • Ensure accurate budgets and forecasts are loaded into the Group Planning system (Workday Adaptive).
  • Support preparation of regional and departmental budgets and forecasts for senior leaders.
  • Prepare monthly commercial reporting packs with clear commentary on performance drivers.
  • Deliver weekly sales reporting and support implementation of data analytics tools.
  • Drive understanding of customer and channel profitability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights through data-driven analysis and developing financial models that support business objectives
  • Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional accounting qualification preferred
  • Strong data analysis skillset, ideally holding experience with data tools such as Power BI
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
