About the role

Responsibilities
- Planning and conducting wound rounds, documenting wounds, and performing wound assessments
- Implementing optimal wound prevention measures and minimizing residents' pain
- Supporting treating physicians with conventional wound care
- Training nursing staff in wound care and infection prevention
- Providing individualized basic and treatment care for residents
- Documenting care processes (medication administration, care records)
- Ensuring quality of care through teamwork
- Being attentive and available to residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a state-certified nurse, geriatric nurse, and/or registered nurse with additional wound management qualification
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style and a sense of humor
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT proficiency
