About the role

  • Finance Intern providing support in corporate finance tasks at allnex. Engaging in budgeting, reporting, and data analysis with a diverse team in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance and support in daily tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and data analysis
  • Investigate and respond to vendor inquiries to ensure timely and accurate communication
  • Check and monitor vendor account statements to identify discrepancies and ensure records are up to date
  • Verify and update databases, as well as assisting in creating and maintaining electronic archives for easy access to records
  • Receive and sort incoming paper mail, helping to organise and distribute correspondence effectively

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computer skills, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work in teams comprised of production and maintenance personnel
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Ability to commit to a 6-month internship is preferred
