SAP SuccessFactors Consultant supporting clients in HR process digitalization, starting in SmartRecruiters environment and evolving to SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
Responsibilities
You will start in the SmartRecruiters environment focusing on consulting and configuration and will then develop toward SAP SuccessFactors.
You will support our clients with rollout and implementation.
You will actively apply your system expertise — from configuration to training key users.
You will advise on optimizing recruiting processes and develop tailored solutions for clients.
You will act as an interface between HR and IT — analytical, solution-oriented, and service-focused.
You will contribute to (partial) project management and actively shape internal processes.
You will bring your existing SAP knowledge to the team, actively support the professional development of your colleagues, and concurrently become a SmartRecruiters expert.
Requirements
You have solid professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors and hold a certification in Employee Central or Onboarding 2.0.
You are strong in communication, show initiative, and enjoy working in a team.
You have an analytical mindset and enjoy learning new tools and topics.
You think entrepreneurially, act proactively, and take ownership of your tasks — from idea to implementation.
You can think through problems end-to-end and independently develop sustainable solutions.
You work in a solution-oriented way, regularly reflect on your own actions, and continuously develop your skills.
You communicate persuasively and business-fluently in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
