About the role

  • HCM Benefits Lead Consultant in Oracle HCM practice for Benefits solutions design and implementation. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver at least 4 end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits implementations as a functional consultant;
  • Review client requirements and configure Programs, Plan Types, Plans, and Options based on business needs;
  • Configure Annual Goal Amount Plans and support mid-year balance handling;
  • Manage end-to-end Benefits data loads using HDL and HSDL, including participant enrollments, dependents, contacts, and designations;
  • Troubleshoot data load issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with business teams for resolution;
  • Define and configure Derived Factors, Eligibility Profiles, and related compensation structures;
  • Configure Rates, Coverages, Life Events, and Self-Service pages, including rule-based personalization aligned with design discussions;
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors (e.g., ADP, Kronos, Benefix, Known2U) for benefits, payroll, and time administration;
  • Support ACA reporting, ensuring compliance and accurate data generation;
  • Develop and maintain complex Fast Formulas, including Rate Periodizations and Suspension Rules;
  • Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and support post-go-live activities and user adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with a specialization in Benefits module;
  • Deep knowledge of benefits processes, compliance, and configuration best practices;
  • Proven experience configuring eligibility rules, life events, and rates, along with complex Fast Formulas;
  • Expertise in data conversion techniques using HDL and HSDL;
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot configuration and data issues effectively;
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with onshore teams and clients.
  • Experience working with benefits-related vendors such as ADP, Kronos, Benefix, or Known2U;
  • Experience in client-facing roles, conducting workshops, and supporting user training;
  • Exposure to ACA compliance and reporting;
  • Familiarity with other HCM modules such as Core HR or Payroll.
