Responsibilities
- Respond to requests related to web pages, identifying and diagnosing technical issues.
- Make adjustments to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring bug fixes and maintaining the visual and functional integrity of pages.
- Create pages from scratch based on predefined templates.
- Log tickets, track deadlines, and keep the team updated on the status of requests.
- Support the development team in analyzing recurring incidents and proposing improvements.
- Perform basic functional tests after fixes or updates.
- Document procedures, workflows, and best practices related to page support.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Development, Product, Support, and Customer Success) to clarify questions and assist in problem resolution.
- Monitor page performance and behavior, reporting anomalies or slowdowns.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of responsive design and best practices for code structure.
- Familiarity with element inspection tools (Chrome DevTools).
- Basic understanding of hosting, URLs, domains, cache, and cookies.
- Ability to read and interpret logs.
- Basic knowledge of Git and code versioning.
- Basic knowledge of APIs and integrations (REST).
- SQL knowledge.
- Knowledge of React.
- Plus: Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
