About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse and geographically distributed team of software developers, ensuring their professional growth and productivity
- Provide hands-on technical leadership by actively participating in the design, coding, and debugging of backend systems
- Define and execute the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for our SaaS product, aligning it with business goals and market demands
- Oversee the end-to-end software development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features, updates, and enhancements
- Foster collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing among international team members, facilitating a cohesive and efficient work environment
- Ensure that all development processes, architecture, and code are well-documented and accessible to team members
- Evaluate, select, and implement the appropriate backend technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance our SaaS products
Requirements
- Working knowledge of backend technologies such as PHP, NodeJS, or similar
- Working knowledge of mobile technologies. Flutter knowledge is a big plus.
- Working knowledge of SaaS solution design, deployment, and operations within AWS
- Excellent leadership and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience and demonstrated competence with Confluence and Jira
- Experience with office productivity software suites such as G Suite and/or MS Office software
