Responsibilities
End-to-End System Design: Own the user journey for our web-based applications.
High-Fidelity Visual Design: Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready designs that uphold a premium and trustworthy aesthetic. You will be responsible for every state, transition, and micro-interaction.
Design System Leadership: Build, implement, and maintain a robust Design System in Figma. You will ensure that our UI components are modular, accessible, and scalable across the entire portal ecosystem - from design to code.
Figma Mastery: Act as the team's Figma expert, utilizing advanced features such as Variables, Auto-layout, Variants, and Prototyping to create "bulletproof" design files and interactive mockups.
User Advocacy & Research: Translate user pain points into functional design solutions. You will simplify complex data-heavy dashboards into intuitive, actionable insights for advertisers.
Developer Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with frontend engineers to ensure design integrity during implementation. You will lead the "handoff" process, providing clear documentation and specs in tools like Figma and Storybook.
Requirements
3-5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in UX/UI design for complex B2B SaaS platforms, digital self-service portals or similar.
Portfolio of High-Fidelity Work: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to handle data-dense applications, complex forms, and sophisticated dashboards.
Systems Thinking: Deep experience building and governing Design Systems that serve multiple product features simultaneously.
Expert Figma Skills: You are a "power user" who stays current with Figma’s latest features to optimize workflow efficiency and design consistency.
Ad Tech / Fintech Interest: While AI is not the focus, a deep interest in Ad Tech (campaign management, bidding models) or Fintech (billing/payments) is highly preferred.
Autonomy & Communication: Ability to take a high-level product requirement and turn it into a validated design solution while clearly articulating your rationale to stakeholders.
