Responsibilities
Lead generation and acquisition of new clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
Marketing of our CRO services, initially in the DACH region
Establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships and developing a sales pipeline
Participation in sales presentations, trade shows, conferences, and sponsor meetings
Advising our clients in the development of new projects
Acting in a customer- and solution-oriented manner to align client requirements with Alcedis' innovations
Coordinating the entire sales process and account planning, including budget responsibility, opportunity management, and accompanying internal planning reports
Managing and further developing existing key accounts and developing strategies to expand key accounts
Supporting marketing activities in coordination with product management
Requirements
University degree in a natural science, business administration, or a comparable qualification, ideally with a medical focus
Professional experience as a project manager or business development manager
Familiarity with the responsibilities listed above
Industry experience in clinical research (CRO), medicine, or the pharmaceutical industry
Fluent German and English
