About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead generation and acquisition of new clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
- Marketing of our CRO services, initially in the DACH region
- Establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships and developing a sales pipeline
- Participation in sales presentations, trade shows, conferences, and sponsor meetings
- Advising our clients in the development of new projects
- Acting in a customer- and solution-oriented manner to align client requirements with Alcedis' innovations
- Coordinating the entire sales process and account planning, including budget responsibility, opportunity management, and accompanying internal planning reports
- Managing and further developing existing key accounts and developing strategies to expand key accounts
- Supporting marketing activities in coordination with product management
Requirements
- University degree in a natural science, business administration, or a comparable qualification, ideally with a medical focus
- Professional experience as a project manager or business development manager
- Familiarity with the responsibilities listed above
- Industry experience in clinical research (CRO), medicine, or the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent German and English
