About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead generation and acquisition of new clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
- Establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships and developing a sales pipeline
- Participating in sales presentations, trade shows, conferences and sponsor meetings
- Advising our clients on the development of new projects
- Coordinating the entire sales process and account planning, including budget responsibility
- Managing and further developing existing key accounts and developing strategies to grow key accounts
- Contributing to marketing activities in coordination with product management
Requirements
- University degree in natural sciences, business administration, or a comparable qualification, preferably with a medical focus
- Professional experience as a Project Manager or Business Development Manager
- Experience in the above-mentioned responsibilities and industry experience in clinical research (CRO), medical or pharmaceutical sectors is required
- Fluent German and English skills
