About the role

  • Lead generation and acquisition of new clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships and developing a sales pipeline
  • Participating in sales presentations, trade shows, conferences and sponsor meetings
  • Advising our clients on the development of new projects
  • Coordinating the entire sales process and account planning, including budget responsibility
  • Managing and further developing existing key accounts and developing strategies to grow key accounts
  • Contributing to marketing activities in coordination with product management

Requirements

  • University degree in natural sciences, business administration, or a comparable qualification, preferably with a medical focus
  • Professional experience as a Project Manager or Business Development Manager
  • Experience in the above-mentioned responsibilities and industry experience in clinical research (CRO), medical or pharmaceutical sectors is required
  • Fluent German and English skills
