About the role

  • Responsible for the entire process of statutory and consolidated financial statement audits in accordance with German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS
  • Ensure the quality of audits and reporting
  • Supervise and review the team's work outputs
  • Ensure proper preparation and documentation of working papers
  • Advise clients on accounting-related, tax, and other business management matters

Requirements

  • University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Business Law, Computer Science, etc.)
  • Either preparing for or already completed the tax advisor (Steuerberater) or public auditor (Wirtschaftsprüfer) exams
  • At least two to three years of professional experience in a comparable audit role
  • Willing to take responsibility and able to act confidently, professionally, and personably with clients and the team
  • Analytical and client-oriented working style
  • Business-fluent in German and English
