About the role

  • Prüfungsassistent contributing to annual and consolidated audits in a collegial environment. Engaging in various auditing tasks alongside qualified auditors in Köln.

Responsibilities

  • Support for audits of annual and consolidated financial statements under German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS
  • Handling a wide range of issues in accounting, valuation, risk controlling and risk management
  • Performing and documenting audit-relevant analyses and work papers
  • Participating in audit-related special projects such as business valuations and expert reports
  • Collaborating with experienced auditors (m/f/d) and clients

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business, economics or law
  • Very good command of English
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Strong motivation to work with a variety of corporate stakeholders and colleagues
  • Analytical thinking for addressing complex issues and designing tailored solutions for our clients
  • Proactive, flexible and committed
