About the role

Responsibilities
- Review and follow up on road-related reports (excluding signage and lighting) received via the Allo’ Proximité app or other channels (emails, phone calls, letters, etc.)
- Conduct diagnostics of the condition of road assets to schedule corrective interventions
- Manage and organize corrective interventions on the Public Road Network by preparing internal work requests for in-house teams, ensuring asset integrity and user safety
- Support Works Unit technicians with vehicle access installations and small-scale road operations (estimates, site preparation, final inspection)
Requirements
- Degree or training in civil engineering/public works or equivalent
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- Basic technical knowledge of roadworks (pavement structures, materials, etc.) and construction site management
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Energetic, strong interpersonal skills, team player, and conflict-management abilities
