Responsibilities
- Join the Claims Management team, in charge of refunding €350M+ of healthcare expenses every year to 1M+ members
- Refund each member fast and accurate, while being cost-effective for Alan
- Handle health claims in a technical, deep, and exciting product division
- Work on document processing, claims experience, payments, and fraud fighting
- Help build user-friendly experience and efficient payment infrastructure
- Contribute to fraud fighting initiatives using Machine Learning
Requirements
- Engineers with 3+ years of experience
- Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences
- Good experience building and shipping web applications
- Interested in the business side - understanding conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and what drives growth
- Clear progression in career - increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time
- Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment
- Familiar with modern web technologies and proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#)
