Requirements
Degree (completed or in progress) in Information Security or related fields
Experience in the role: Prior experience in information security is not required, but a technical profile and ongoing training/education in the area are necessary
Work experience: 1 year or more
Location: São Paulo — the company is currently operating a hybrid model, alternating between office and home office. The position may be negotiable for professionals from other cities and states.
Intermediate English for conversation and for handling technical tickets
Candidates with prior support experience and knowledge of infrastructure
Knowledge of networks and infrastructure
Required knowledge of log management (aggregation, Windows Event Logs, Linux logs)
Experience in incident and problem handling and troubleshooting viruses/ransomware
Knowledge of Active Directory (authentication and authorization processes)
Familiarity with software vulnerability assessment tools
Knowledge of patch management and updates for corporate Windows environments
Availability for pre- and post-sales tasks
Organizational skills, documentation, and the ability to select learning resources. Note: Demonstrating one or more of the competencies listed is highly valuable.
Experience with project implementations (scope, documentation, and delivery)
Preferred knowledge of SIEM/event management
Experience managing Information Security events
Experience with log traceability, investigating root causes of problems/incidents
Knowledge of antivirus and EDR, endpoint and server protection configurations, and event management/administration
Experience with CASB, CIAM, MDM, EDR, virtualization, load balancers, or related technologies is a plus
