Responsibilities
- Deliver human-centred design outcomes across digital and physical experiences
- Conduct and synthesise user research, such as interviews, workshops, journey maps, and usability testing
- Create personas, flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma and Miro
- Participate in co-design sessions and capture insights that guide design decisions
- Collaborate daily with creative, strategy, and technology teams to connect brand, design, and experience
- Contribute to Akcelo’s design system and experience frameworks
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in experience, UX, or service design
- Confident using Figma, Miro, and related tools
- Able to conduct and synthesise research, create design artefacts, and prototype solutions
- Clear communicator who enjoys working with multidisciplinary teams
- Portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking and real project outcomes
- Experience supporting or co-facilitating workshops (desirable)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards, behavioural design, or design systems (desirable)
- An interest in emerging tools (AI, motion, or data-driven experience design) (desirable)
