Responsibilities
Deliver human-centred design outcomes across digital and physical experiences
Conduct and synthesise user research, such as interviews, workshops, journey maps, and usability testing
Create personas, flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma and Miro
Participate in co-design sessions and capture insights that guide design decisions
Collaborate daily with creative, strategy, and technology teams to connect brand, design, and experience
Contribute to Akcelo’s design system and experience frameworks
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in experience, UX, or service design
Confident using Figma, Miro, and related tools
Able to conduct and synthesise research, create design artefacts, and prototype solutions
Clear communicator who enjoys working with multidisciplinary teams
Portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking and real project outcomes
Experience supporting or co-facilitating workshops (desirable)
Familiarity with accessibility standards, behavioural design, or design systems (desirable)
An interest in emerging tools (AI, motion, or data-driven experience design) (desirable)
