About the role

  • Invoice Manager managing European contract invoices and supplier relationships. Ensuring invoice accuracy and collaborating with international stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper management of service invoices related to European contracts (~€3M per month)
  • Verify invoices received from various service providers (~150 invoices/month)
  • Handle dispute management when needed and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Receive and validate invoices in the different systems
  • Create and track purchase orders
  • Report to the TEM manager
  • Contribute to smooth service operations and collaborate with various business units in an international environment

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program in management control / finance
  • Understanding of corporate finance environment and related terminology
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of Oracle and SAP
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
