About the role

  • Marketplace Manager optimizing product presentation and managing marketplace presence. Collaborating with teams for continuous improvement and monitoring KPIs for success in e-commerce.

Responsibilities

  • By optimally presenting products on our marketplaces (Amazon, Metro, eBay, etc.), you make a significant contribution to GastroHero's success.
  • You conduct in-depth research and manage our marketplace presence.
  • Customer feedback and communication with internal stakeholders enable you to continuously improve our marketplace portfolio.
  • Independent collection and analysis of key KPIs and metrics for monthly reporting.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., apprenticeship), ideally in an e‑commerce company, or a completed degree.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience managing marketplaces (Amazon, Metro, eBay, etc.).
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and an independent, structured way of working.
  • Additionally, you have very good knowledge of common MS Office programs.
  • Good command of English and strong communication skills round off your profile.
