Responsibilities
Aim High is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Individual Giving Manager to serve as a front-line fundraiser and key member of the Development Team.
This role leads the organization’s individual giving program and is responsible for raising approximately $2M annually from individual donors.
The Individual Giving Manager oversees annual giving, manages a portfolio of donors and prospects, conducts prospecting, project-manages major gift activity for the VP of Development and CEO, owns the planning and execution of the annual appeal, designs and executes effective stewardship strategies, produces successful fundraising events, and collaborates on donor-focused marketing and communications.
Reporting to the VP of Development, this role plays a critical part in strengthening donor relationships and building a culture of philanthropy across the organization.
Requirements
3-5 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, with leadership in individual giving, events, or both
Experience managing funder relationships and stewarding long-term philanthropic partnerships
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs preferred
Proven ability to craft and execute successful fundraising strategies, with clear results
Experience managing staff or consultants, with strong team-building and project management skills
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Strong collaboration skills, particularly across departments and with fundraising colleagues
