About the role
- Claims Manager overseeing a portfolio of MRH and material recovery claims. Engaging with clients from declaration to closure while ensuring partnership sustainability.

Requirements
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme dans le domaine juridique et/ou de l’assurance
- Vous avez une expérience validée dans la gestion de sinistres de 3 ans minimum
- Vous avez un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
- La satisfaction client est votre priorité, vous savez écouter et faire preuve d’empathie
- Vous êtes rigoureux et méthodique
- Vous aimez travailler en autonomie tout en gardant un esprit d'équipe
