Requirements
2–3 years of experience in FMLA or unpaid leave claims management.
Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
Medical/vocational management.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
