About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development and evolution of our socio-environmental analysis product.
- Domain Expert: Act as the primary internal reference on sustainability policies (e.g., ESG, SDGs) and socio-environmental monitoring protocols (e.g., traceability, due diligence), ensuring the product is always up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Product Strategy: Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver customer value and ensure the accuracy of socio-environmental analysis.
- Agile Management: Drive the product development cycle using agile methodologies (Scrum), translating domain needs into technical requirements (user stories) and working closely with Engineering and Data teams.
- Market Analysis: Identify market trends, perform competitor benchmarking and uncover customer opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a specialist in sustainability policies and socio-environmental monitoring protocols (e.g., traceability, environmental risk analysis)
- Market experience (one of the following):
- • Work at competing companies in the socio-environmental technology market.
- • Experience with large potential clients (e.g., multinational trading companies, meatpacking/processing companies, commodities sector).
- • Relevant experience in the nonprofit sector or research organizations focused on supply chains and sustainability.
- Experience as a Product Manager (PM) or Product Owner (PO) is a strong plus.
- Experience developing digital products or data platforms (SaaS).
- Practical knowledge and certification in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
