About the role
- IT Lead driving SAP logistics for Agrifirm, overseeing a team and optimizing processes. Implementing modules and ensuring stable production and quality applications in the logistical environment.
Responsibilities
- Mede ontwikkelen, formuleren, implementeren en bewaken van het jaarplan en budget voor het eigen team.
- Direct leiding geven aan het IT-team, bestaande uit consultants en één of meerdere architecten.
- Stimuleren van continue verbeterprocessen en ondersteunen van verbeteracties met deskundig advies, tools en begeleiding.
- Uitwerken van eenduidige SLA’s en service level rapportages in samenwerking met interne stakeholders.
- Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van team- en persoonlijke ontwikkelplannen.
- Ontwerpen en implementeren van SAP S/4HANA SD, QM, TM, EWM, PM en PP modules, evenals logistieke applicaties zoals Quintiq.
- Analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen, uitvoeren van gap-analyses en vertalen van inzichten naar specificaties voor changes en (implementatie)projecten.
Requirements
- Diepgaande kennis van SAP S/4HANA.
- Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal HBO niveau.
- Specialistische expertise binnen de logistieke keten, met name in SAP SD.
- Relevante ervaring met leidinggeven of het aansturen van processen in een complexe omgeving.
