Responsibilities
Install and optimize equipment and hardware configurations at customer sites.
Diagnose and resolve product performance issues.
Perform maintenance and repairs.
Ensure customer satisfaction by informing customers about preventive maintenance activities and configurations that may affect product performance.
Proactively address potential equipment issues to prevent unexpected interruptions to the customer's operations.
Implement and validate customer analytical methods.
Train other field engineers and customers/users on solutions (classroom or on-site).
Requirements
University degree in Chemistry (Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physical Measurements, etc.) or a related field
Significant experience with analytical techniques/methods in atomic spectroscopy (ICP-OES, ICP-MS, UV...)
Experience in a similar role in technical support OR as a user/operator of these products
Good oral and written English skills
