About the role

  • Leading product strategy and lifecycle management for Agilent's Instrument Software. Collaborating with global teams to develop AI-enabled enterprise software for scientific workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision and strategy for the Instrument Software across all of Agilent.
  • Translate customer needs, market insights, and business priorities into a coherent, outcome-driven product roadmap.
  • Own product roadmaps across platform, shared services, and core capabilities, balancing near-term delivery with long-term scalability.
  • Drive prioritization decisions across competing demands, using clear value, risk, and dependency frameworks.
  • Establish best-in-class product management practices across the full lifecycle - from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, global product management organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management for enterprise or platform software.
  • Deep understanding of the laboratory instrument software ecosystem, such as Chromatography Data Systems (CDS), mass spectrometry software, imaging/cell analysis platforms, or other workflow-critical scientific software.
  • Proven experience owning and scaling complex software products across on-prem, cloud, or hybrid environments.
  • Strong track record partnering with engineering, architecture, and business leaders.
