Requirements

  • Platform Operations & Support
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize store-level platforms to ensure high availability, stability, and performance.
  • Provide Tier 2 technical support to store operations teams, troubleshooting issues related to data flows, system performance, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve platform incidents efficiently and minimize operational disruption.
  • Systems Integration & Data Management
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queries, performing data validation, and supporting ETL processes.
  • Solid knowledge of system integration patterns, including:
  • API-based integrations
  • Event-driven architectures
  • Flat-file integrations
  • Message queues
  • Real-time and batch processing
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams to implement, test, validate, and support integrations between store systems and enterprise platforms.
  • Lifecycle & System Performance
  • Ensure overall system stability and provide technical guidance during new system implementations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for deployment pipelines, operational workflows, and system reliability.
  • Support release processes and post-deployment validation activities.
  • Monitoring & Reliability
  • Implement, enhance, and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to proactively detect and resolve performance issues.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical store systems, ensuring timely incident response.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and contribute to long-term system stability and reliability improvements.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Act as a key liaison between delivery, product, engineering, and business teams, ensuring clear communication of technical topics and operational risks.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, including system flows, operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Provide training, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance to cross-functional teams when required.
