Business Analyst collaborating with Agile team members to analyze project requirements and provide technical solutions. Engaging with diverse clients and contributing to technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with Agile team members to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives while effectively communicating insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Cooperates tightly with the colleagues of the Chapter to learn and understand the architectural landscape, and the main dimensions and directions towards target architecture, so he can facilitate and impose the right technical approaches during technical or commercial projects execution
Uses his communication skills effectively to handle in the best possible way all project communications required within IT and/or Commercial domains
Has the ability to understand business needs and requirements, and to manage possible non elastic deadlines and risks
Collecting scope for all systems involved of his department/Squad
Undertaking the responsibility to come up with the best possible technical solution in terms of quality, in cooperation with the other project members
Capitalizing his expertise and knowledge for analyzing, documenting, monitoring, and resolving possible issues during project execution
Contacting project scope and technical directions to candidate vendors to get technical and financial offers for desired implementation
Being responsible for in-time invocation of all parties required and for keeping deadlines to ensure solution delivery
Breaking down user stories to detailed tasks and workflow/system diagrams on the back of engineers can write code

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or a proven strong background).
Minimum 3 years working experience in relative domains with references.
Proficiency with SQL and database management systems.
Proven analytical abilities.
Demonstrate and promote respect, professionalism, positive behavior and team spirit.
Familiar with agile tools such as Jira and software and agile product development methodologies such as kanban and scrum.
