About the role
- Product Manager overseeing payment strategy for Agicap, a high-growth scale-up facilitating international payments. Engage with stakeholders to align on business objectives and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head of Product Payment, you will be responsible for the product strategy of a Squad within this business domain.
- Your goal will be to deeply analyze user needs and define a roadmap aligned with Agicap’s strategic objectives.
- This Squad specializes in bank payment functionality.
- You will work closely with designers, software engineers and operations teams to define and deliver the right product.
- You will collaborate with all business stakeholders to align on shared business objectives.
- Being a Product Manager at Agicap means building innovative technical solutions to address needs in cash flow management, cash management, debt management and financing for SMEs and mid-market companies (ETIs).
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Strong knowledge of banking payment protocols (EBICS, SWIFT, Editran, and direct integration with banking APIs)
- Proven track record of launching products that delivered significant business results and real user value
- Strong analytical skills; you approach challenges with curiosity and methodological rigor
- Excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders, drive a vision and clearly explain user value and business impact
- Experience working directly with developers and designers
- Comfortable listening to and communicating with external stakeholders
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership
- Fluent in French and English (German or Italian is a plus)
