About the role
- Head of Product managing Product Line Financing at Agicap. Leading product vision and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision for the Product Line Financing (financing, debt, investments, FX)
- Build, align and prioritize the squads' roadmaps, with a clear horizon (short / medium term)
- Supervise, coach and raise the maturity of the Product Managers on the line
- Work closely in partnership with the Head of Tech and the Head of Design on strategic and operational trade-offs
- Ensure high-quality delivery in a continuous deployment environment
- Bring strong finance domain expertise and be credible with both technical and business teams
- Manage product and business KPIs (adoption, value, impact)
- Contribute to cross-product topics and the overall product vision
- Drive key decisions: launch, iterate, scale, or sunset products (notably the FX product)
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management
- Proven experience as a Head of Product or in an equivalent role
- B2B SaaS, scale-up, or fintech background
- Experience with complex financial products: financing, debt, investments, FX
- Ability to understand and structure detailed business problems
- Business-impact oriented
- Ability to prioritize, make trade-offs, and measure success
