About the role
- Senior SRE responsible for ensuring system reliability and performance at Aggrandize. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing SRE best practices.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of applications;
- Implement and advance observability practices (monitoring, metrics, logs, and tracing);
- Participate in incident response and conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis);
- Automate operational processes and eliminate manual tasks;
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines;
- Work with SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budget management);
- Support the design of resilient and scalable architectures;
- Contribute to continuous improvements in security and governance.
Requirements
- Strong experience as an SRE, DevOps engineer, or in Infrastructure
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, or similar)
- Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Linux and networking
- Experience with automation (Shell scripting, Python, or Go)
