About the role
- Senior Environment Analyst at V.tal managing test and homologation environments. Focusing on automation, governance, and continuous improvement across development and QA teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor and maintain test, staging/homologation and integration (GA) environments.
- Perform manual and automated deployments, ensuring traceability and compliance of packages.
- Analyze and resolve incidents related to the environments, supporting the teams involved.
- Ensure versioning, configuration, integrity and synchronization across environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for environments, deployment flows and configurations.
- Support continuous improvement, automation and standardization initiatives.
- Coordinate requests and work with partner areas (Development, QA, Production, Projects, Infrastructure, Security).
- Propose and implement best practices for environment stability and governance.
- Perform preventive and corrective management to avoid recurrence of problems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supporting and evolving test and staging/homologation environments.
- Solid knowledge of environment automation and governance practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and strong communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
- Certifications in ITIL, DevOps or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
