• SAP PP/PM Specialist at M. Dias Branco analyzing business requirements and ensuring solutions support industrial processes. Focus on manufacturing, maintenance, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business requirements related to production planning and industrial maintenance, translating them into solutions within the SAP PP and SAP PM modules;
• Configure, support, maintain and enhance SAP PP and SAP PM modules, ensuring integration with other modules (MM, QM, SD, CO, FI, among others);
• Define and maintain the functional design of SAP solutions, considering processes, master data, information flows and integrations;
• Perform impact analysis, effort estimation and planning for requests related to improvements, projects and support activities;
• Support the implementation of new processes, continuous improvements and optimizations in production and maintenance flows;
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, specifications, process flows and work instructions;
• Provide second- and third-level functional support, assisting analysts and key users with more complex issues;
• Guide the technical and functional team in defining the best SAP solutions, following company best practices and standards;
• Participate in SAP projects from requirements gathering through go-live and stabilization;
• Ensure that solutions meet sustainability, quality management, food safety, environmental and occupational health and safety requirements, where applicable to the industrial process.

Requirements

• Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree);
• Completed postgraduate degree;
• Proven experience with SAP PP and/or SAP PM modules;
• Experience in industrial environments, manufacturing or asset maintenance;
• Ability to analyze processes, gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Nice to have:
• Experience in SAP implementation projects or rollouts;
• Knowledge of SAP PPDS;
• Knowledge of SAP integration with shop-floor systems (MES, PIMS, IoT);
• Experience with S/4HANA;
• Familiarity with project methodologies (PMI, Agile, SAP Activate);
• Advanced English;
• Experience in shared services environments (CSC, AMS, outsourcing);
• Basic ABAP knowledge for reading and understanding programs and functional debugging.
