Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in roles such as Software Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar
- Mid to Senior level
- Availability to work from the Prague office at least 1 day per week
- Fluent English is required, Czech is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience in functional analysis, business process modelling, and solution design
- Ability to gather, challenge, and translate business requirements into practical solutions
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and facilitating workshops
