About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and scale an elite global team of 40–50 engineers

Requirements
- 16+ years of experience in software engineering
- 6+ years in a leadership position managing large, high-performing teams
- Experience guiding teams that leverage AI tools and transforming engineering processes
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, SQL, data modeling, and scalable data architectures
- Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
- Proven experience in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Working knowledge of Kafka, VectorDB, and modern data pipelines
- Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) is a plus
- Experience collaborating with global teams and operating within agile/scrum environments
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
