About the role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate financial activities between the local site and Global Finance
- Manage e-invoices, track invoices vs. orders/contracts, and process AP/AR transactions
- Post invoices and financial documents in SAP and assist with general ledger, cost centers, VAT coding
- Support month-end closing, reconciliations, audits, and statutory reporting
- Assist with budget preparation and track R&D site expenses
- Prepare basic financial reports and ensure high-quality data entry and compliance
- Handle business travel documentation and expense reports
- Support general office administration, logistics, procurement coordination, supplier management, and site operations
- Maintain administrative records in line with Croatian regulations and global corporate policies
Requirements
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accountant or similar roles
- Experience with work in international company
- Knowledge of Croatian and EU Accounting regulations and tracking Croatian VAT regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong Excel and English communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a global matrix environment
