About the role
- Finance Business Partner supporting the financial needs of BCB and CIB business at Lloyds Banking Group hybrid work role. Driving financial performance updates and strategic decision support with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships across business and finance
- Build and lead regular and ad hoc financial performance updates, interpreting financials and challenging the business
- Support the business in making strategic decisions around pricing, proposition and Investment
- Learn in depth about the products we offer across BCB & CIB, needing to show curiosity to understand performance and build new analysis to help drive this forward
- Forecasting and Planning to help set the direction of the business providing challenge to ensure we meet our financial commitments
- Collaborate with the wider FBP community to support the BCB & CIB executive performance forums
- Build an in depth knowledge on how a bank makes money, including Income, Costs, Capital and Funding & liquidity providing expert advice to the business
