- Financial Controller managing closing processes for finance team in an ambitious IT company in Flanders. Driving financial accuracy and collaboration with key financial partners.
Responsibilities
- Coördineren en bewaken van het maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingsproces.
- Controleren van journaalposten, provisies en reconciliaties.
- Zorgen voor een vlotte aansluiting tussen statutaire cijfers en managementrapportering.
- Coördineren van de samenwerking met budget owners doorheen de organisatie.
- Identificeren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen en interne controles.
- Adviseren en sparren met CFO, Accounting Manager en FP&A Manager over financiële processen en uitdagingen.
Requirements
- Je bezit een masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
- Je hebt 6 à 8 jaar ervaring in **audit, accounting of controlling** én hebt ervaring met coördinatie en samenwerking in een finance team.
- Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van Belgische boekhoudprincipes.
- Je bent sterk analytisch, hebt een kritisch denkvermogen en gaat nauwkeurig te werk.
- Taalvaardig: **Nederlands is onze voertaal.** Hiernaast ben je ook vlot in het Engels.
