Responsibilities
- Governance & Program Management: Define and facilitate governance bodies and steering committees to ensure the strategic alignment of projects.
- Planning & Budget Management: Consolidate roadmaps, manage resources and ensure rigorous budget monitoring for programs.
- Risk Management: Identify critical risks, anticipate potential blockers and propose mitigation plans.
- Executive Reporting: Produce high-value dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs) for executive bodies (Executive Committee / ExCom).
- Transformation Management: Support change and ensure consistency of IT / information systems roadmaps in an international environment.
- Contribute to firm development: Share your expertise and knowledge, contribute to the production of thought-leadership content, build commercial proposals and participate in R&D initiatives.
Requirements
- You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school or university with a specialization in project management.
- You hold a project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a consulting firm or industry, ideally on transformation projects within Business or IT departments.
- You are rigorous and organized, committed and enjoy working in teams.
- You can operate in demanding environments with autonomy and agility.
- You are fluent in English.
