Responsibilities
- Ensure processes and quality standards are observed company-wide
- Audit the accuracy and timeliness of documentation necessary for billing
- Prepare and maintain accurate audit working papers and files
- Work with management to ensure compliance and regulations are being followed
- Compare billable notes with services billed and record needed billing corrections
- Handle confidential material/documents with utmost discretion and confidentiality
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have consistent and dependable transportation
- Must be over the age of 18 and have a valid driver's license
- Clear a criminal background check (7-10 years) and drug screen
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance programs
- Experience in healthcare or quality assurance is helpful
- Communication Skills - efficiently and effectively verbally and in writing with people at all levels
- Efficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Publisher, Excel etc.)
- Working knowledge of Google Suites Products (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive etc.)
- Must have excellent organizational skills and self-discipline
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
- Ability to take instructions well
