About the role

  • Customer Quality Engineer analyzing and resolving quality issues at Liebherr Machines Bulle. Collaborating on problem resolution methodologies and ensuring customer quality satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer complaints and lead problem-resolution projects
  • Monitor initiated actions and coordinate Quality Rooms
  • Facilitate 8D meetings and root cause analyses
  • Provide regular feedback to management
  • Organize and deliver training on problem-solving methodologies
  • Track key customer quality indicators in a dashboard
  • Organize and lead customer meetings and site visits
  • Ensure follow-up on non-recurrence and share lessons learned

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Strong experience with quality methods and tools
  • At least 5 years of technical and quality experience, including 3 years in customer quality and continuous improvement
  • Specific quality certifications/training (e.g., 8D, VDA 6.3, Six Sigma, SHAININ, ISO 9001, etc.)
  • Fluency in French (C2) and English (C1); German is an advantage (B1)
