Requirements
- 10–15+ years overall delivery experience
- 3–5+ years leading large platform/DevOps programs
- Government/regulatory sector experience is a plus
- PMP/Prince2 preferred
- Agile/SAFe exposure preferred
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps lifecycle, CI/CD concepts, release governance, and evidence-based delivery
- Ability to translate tooling outputs into executive KPIs and readiness decisions
