Responsibilities
Establish and oversee the implementation of safety practices and protocols
Ensure compliance with Vestas’s organizational standards and safety regulations
Cultivate a culture of safety, structure, and continuous improvement
Communicate change management effectively to stakeholders
Lead and develop a team of Service Technicians
Ensure team members are compliant with safety training and certifications
Interface with customers, address inquiries, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues
Manage site budgets, cost allocations, and operational revenues
Develop and deliver continuous improvement plans
Provide technical support to Service Technicians for troubleshooting and resolving issues
Requirements
Two to three years of supervisory experience
Valid driver’s license required; ability to obtain a passport
Experience in P&L management
Experience managing safety programs
Advanced computer operation and internet-based program navigation skills
